NIPOC E&S reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or revoke any scholarship award if false or misleading information is discovered.
NIPOC E&S may change, suspend, or terminate the program or its terms at any time.
The NIPOC E&S reserves the right to request additional documentation or information as part of the application review process.
Incomplete applications will not be processed. Submission of scholarship application does not guarantee funding and does not constitute a binding agreement or contract of any kind between the applicant and NIPOC.

The NIPOC Scholarship is administered by the Network of Iranian American Professionals of Orange County (NIPOC), a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. NIPOC operates independently and is not affiliated with any other organization, institution, or political entity. All scholarship decisions are made solely by NIPOC and its designated scholarship committee. The availability, eligibility criteria, and selection process are subject to change at the discretion of NIPOC. Participation in the scholarship program does not imply endorsement or partnership with any external organization.
